Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking included.

Delivery times

Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates and can shift slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once it's generated, we'll email it to you so you can follow your package the whole way. If tracking hasn't updated after a few days, that's normal while it moves between carriers, but you're always welcome to check in with us.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at support@novahub.cc and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Delays

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. If your order seems stuck or is well past the estimated window, reach out and we'll help track it down.
