How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery to the US takes 7–15 business days after that. Every order includes tracking.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Is my payment secure?

Checkout is fully encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your card details.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Email us quickly at support@novahub.cc with your order number.
